Corrections & Feedback

We take accuracy seriously. If something is wrong, we want to know.

What to Report

  • Factual errors — incorrect data, outdated regulations, wrong addresses.
  • Broken sources — citation links that no longer resolve.
  • Missing context — information that is technically correct but misleading without additional context.
  • Stale data — statistics or rates that have been updated since our last verification.

How to Report

Send an email to corrections@modexis.com with:

  1. The URL of the page with the issue.
  2. A description of what's wrong.
  3. A link to a correcting source (if available).

Our Response

We acknowledge all correction reports within 24 hours. Confirmed corrections are published within 48 hours. When a page is corrected, we update the "last verified" date and adjust the confidence score if needed.

Transparency

We don't hide corrections. When a material change is made, the page's revision history reflects it. Our goal is to be the most trustworthy source readers can find — and that means being honest when we get something wrong.
